Please note these need to be in by Tuesday (the day after market day).
Extra costs involved for smoked products (ham and bacon).
Also please note heritage breed, pasture raised pork has a different fat structure to the commercial pork you may be accustom to. This softer fat can cause bacon slices to ‘stick’ together.
